As part of an ongoing mission to make sure everyone who reads this newsgroup is protected from the worst dealers possible, may I submit my single entry: Just Saab 5449 Dixie Highway Fairfield, OH 45014 Located basically in Cincinnati, I have received the worst service from this dealer of any I have ever experienced. I am going to retrieve a car from them tomorrow after finding that after simply changing the oil on my 1989 900 TC, they have added-front and back-dealer license plate frames making me a rolling advertisement. This was the final straw mind you. They tried to weasel out of replacing my top that they ripped by claiming it was the weather and that hey-that's what insurance is for. It took them three tries to fix my airbag light, which eventually led to them burning out a large part of my wiring harness and begrudgingly eating the $2K it cost to NOT EVEN fix it right. My passenger seat doesn't work, my central locking doesn't work, my cruise doesn't work, and my top is still ripped. If you want to have a huge hassle, please by all means stop by.
