The National Highway Institute web site http://www.nhi.fhwa.dot.gov/nhi.html indicated that some auto manufacturers were to make airbag on/off switches and those that didn't would probably have them supplied by after market vendors.NIH authorization is still required.Johan is probably correct about their nonexistence . However, I thought I would inquire. My wife is very close to the steering wheel when she is shifting her 9000. An airbag deployment would ruin her whole day.
