how's your oil pressure? Bad filter at oil change?? Here in US we buy a 1QT can of "Gunk" (honestly) 5 minute engine cleaner and run it thruogh before draining oil. Its a little hard on seals but strips "varnish" from things like hydralic lifters to allow them to operate freely. It's an evil petrolium distilate brew. "Berryman Chem-tool" is even better but causes sterility in all living matter within 50 yd radius.
