Subject: Re: Advice On Fitting CD Autochanger to 900 1989 Turbo

I had an '87 900i and I strongly favoured mounting the autochanger in the cabin. I bought the small Panasonic 6-disc autochanger CX-DP601 which I found would fit neatly under the rear seats (5-door model). The unit sat horizontally and suspended from the beam that ran from side to side under the rear seat. It was hidden from view, but was also relatively accessible and avoided having to go into the boot every time I wanted to change a disc. I'm not sure how large the Sony autochangers is but I hope this is of help.
