Speaker panel is held in with two small phillips screws, (it takes a stubby phillips sdriver to work them.) Also, note that there is a small spring-metal clip which holds the defroster hose in place. This clip catches on the dash and holds the speakers in place (to stop rattling I suppose.) Be shure to push this clip in to the left, away from the dash, as you pull the speaker cover out.
