I would have no hesitation running Mobil 1 for at least 15,000 miles/1 year with filter change at 1/2 that. I wouldn't buy Valvoline synthetic unless I couldn't get AMSOIL, Mobil 1, Red Line--- Dick in Falls Church, Va Using and selling AMSOIL (First in Synthetics) over 21 years
