Hi Ken, and thanks for your imput. It really chaps my hide that not only was the service NOT done, I now have to drive 2.5 hrs each way just to get it taken care of, and they are still going to charge me. Not as much as they think,,,,,,! I am going to do as you have done. I am going to push the issue as far as I can. I was sent to the Sac SAAB place by a SAAB rep. so needless to say they bent over backwards trying to please me. I can't wait to see what they do when I tell them that I am going to tell the rep. what has been going on. BTW, do you know of any web sites that I can use to trace the history of this particular car? I know that I can plug the vin # in to see if it is a lemon (even tho I know it isn't).
