Dave,

I had the same problem with the windshield washers on my 87 900S. There
is a small rubber o-ring inside the valve that can and often comes
loose. I took the valves out and hooked the hoses direct. I had great
pressure, and I was not concerned about a little dribble afterwards.
Besides, when you really need to use the washers, who cares about
dribble.
