A 9-5 SE V6t without ventilated seats is about $36.5. Regarding your question about who would buy a four cylinder car in the entry luxury segment, here's some info: 1998 Saab sales increased nearly 30% globally; in the U.S., about 10% after a very slow start (due mostly to euro demand for 9-5 caused delays in launching the car in the U.S.). So far in 1999, Saab U.S. sales are up nearly 300% (!) from same period 1998 (see Automotive News for reference). So, eveidently, some people like the Saab turbo four. I can tell you prefer bigger engines, but I bet if you drove a 9-5 2.3t, I think you'd be pleasantly surprised -- it might not change your mind, but still, you'd be surprised. PS-- 300M is really doing some damage to Volvo in Sweden... > > -----------== Posted via Deja News, The Discussion Network ==---------- http://www.dejanews.com/ Search, Read, Discuss, or Start Your Own
