I just purchased a 99 9-3 convertible...I love it, but one thing I find annoying, is that there is no button to lock the doors..The button for that is replaced by the all window open button on the Conv... In the manual it says that the central locking system can be set to auto lock the doors when the car starts moving and to auto open them when the key is removed...Is this something I can set? If it can only be set by the dealer, is it something they do for free or is there generally a charge for this? Also, is there anyway to get the alarm to not chirp when arming and disarming...I want the alarm to work and the lights to blink (to let me know its been set), but I could live without the chirp... This is my first Saab, after many years of owning Toyota Celica convertibles...don't know why it took me so long to notice the Saab. One heck of a vehicle. --------------------------------------------------------------- It is more important to affix the blame than to fix the problem MarkBrownnopsamspring.com
