Subject: Re: Is Saab's Reliability a thing of the Past?

With all due respect, I bought the car not because of the dealer warranty, but because of the Saab UK second-hand warranty, the terms of which you can see on the Saab UK web site (www.saab.co.uk - incidentally, rather a well designed site). My problem wasn't with the fact that the car wasn't up to the job because of the dealer, but with the fact that the car did not conform to the standards set for it by Saab's own advertising. However, as I said earlier, Saab have acknowledged that I have had problems with the car and sorted things out, so I feel the problem has been resolved.
