Yes, that cluch is hydraulic. The test for which cylinder's bad is fairly
easy - if it's losing fluid it's probably the slave, otherwise the master.
Of course, fluid leakage from either part would be an easy clue.
The master is a pretty easy do-it-yourself job (look in the engine
compartment below the brake master). The slave's a bit harder (annular
design surrounding the transmission input shaft), and requires that things
be done in the right sequence, and that some "tricks" are employed. If
you're going to do the slave yourself, I'd strongly suggest getting a book.
Factory manuals are best, then Bentley, then Haynes. If all you can get is
Chilton's, take it to a mechanic :^)
Be sure to bleed the system carefully when you are done!
