Yes the front and rear emblems on my 96 900S are no longer. The silver metal base stays, but the clear covering, along with the blue plastic flaked off earlier this year when the ambient (non wind chill) temp dropped to -30 Fahrenheit. Car started perfectly though (with block heater assistance). I went to get my windshield replaced recently, and the dealer didn't have any in stock, nor mention if it would be covered under the warranty. You would think it *might* be under something like "rust and perforation".
