If you want to exceed the speed limit anywhere in the continental US, buy a good radar detector (Valentine comes to mind) and take your chances with the rest of us. Of course in some states, just having a radar detector is reason to be stopped. I believe that in some states, it will be confiscated. Landlocked in Utah, dreamin' of the Islands...
