I just changed the plugs with no distinct not to sound like a commercial or anything, but when I got my '83 900S I got about 40mpg, but after some years, it gradually crept down to under 30. I got the Duralube oil/tranny/fuel combo, and my car ran better than when I first got it. Mileage went back up to about 35 and power increased tremendously. Does anybody with more technical knowledge have anything to say about duralube (or prolong, etc)? I like it because it's apparently not a lubricant (which can clog up stuff), but actually soaks into the metal. White Flame (aka David Holz) http://fly.to/theflame
