JB has a point - this job could be *very* expensive. Most people wouldn't consider it cost-effective unless they did it themselves. Might it not be easier to just sell the car and buy another with a 5-speed? One other thing - if you do go ahead, make sure you put in a rebuilt transmission! New is too expensive, and if you put in a junkyard tranny, you're gonna be bummed when the pinion bearing fails 10,000 miles later.
