Subject: Re: 9-5 tuning with Abbot systems

Dan, thanks for your informative post regarding your Abbottized 900. I'm going to be taking delivery of my new 9-3 within a week, and am having the SAAB sport exhaust installed as well. I am seriously looking at the Abbott trionic upgrade - seems like a lot of bang for the buck (unfortunately I live in Minnesota, and Abbott's U.S. arm hasn't made it hear yet, so will have to send the box to England). Would be interested in your opinion as to what the downsides are to having the upgrade done - fuel economy, premium fuel, less reliable/more problems, etc.? Thanks, Mark In article <7fkqt1$q20$1nopsam5.atl.mindspring.net>, "Daniel Tucker <dctuckernopsamcape" <"spamless>.net"> wrote: > Ian, > > I've got a '97 900 SE convertible with: Saab sport exhaust, Abbott Trionic and > Abbott springs.
