Most Germans love their cars, even more than their children.
Hierarchy:

1. car
2. money
3. dog
4. related persons
5.-9. nothing
10. their freedom
11.-19. nothing
20. other humans

In some cases it's the easiest way to make a German a murderer by
touching his car.
And every saturday is car wash day!
