Hey. Glad to see you are getting started early. Be warned however...once you own a Saab, you will find it difficult owning anything else but a Saab. They are fantastic cars. My father has owned a 1985 900 for the past five years. Aside from normal maintainance, there have been no issues whatsoever. It is a sturdy, stable car. I think it has about 180,000 miles on it now. My advice to you is this, stick firm to your $1500. www.edmunds.com will help you prepard to negotiate price. If the seller will not budge from their price, insist that the AC be fixed...bla bla bla. Good luck....please post to the group and let us know how it turns out for you. Chris 95 9000 CS RL wrote in message <372666aenopsam.nni.com>... >Hello, >I am 16yrs old, in the market for a used car.
