There are several possibilities to consider.  First try to get
more air in and less restriction on the exhaust.  Then consider
a modified APC box and increased rate fuel regulator.  Also
consider removing any unneccesary weight from the car.  And make
sure your brakes and suspension are working well to control the
power.
