$38,000 is a large sum of change compare to the 9-3 SE HOT which can be had for $6000 less. You can probably trick out a 9-3 SE HOT for much less. But if you add in the cost of the new brakes, the seats, the bodykit and the fact that it's all done by the manufacturer instead of aftermarket. I think it fairly reasonable. Regards John Yuen "P.T.
