If it quits working all together, it's usually the cable which has come off the pulley (it's cable actuated instead of four bar linkage). If it's just slow, lube will likely help. I don't know a whole lot about the 9000, but pulling the facia is a bit more complicated due to the lights on the door. On the 900, just use a Torx(tm) screwdriver to remove the backing on the door handle. The top part of the facia is held on by clips. Simply slide the facia up and it will pop off. This will reveal a few more screws which you need to remove along with a few along the bottom of the lower facia. It then comes right off. Spray some silicone lube on it and it should work just fine. Use WD40 first if you want to clean the old lube off and any dirt which might have gotten in there. Sorry I can't help more on the 9000, I have the 900, the gf has the 9000. ;> -klaus
