Hey, I'm gonna look at an 1990 900 Convertible FS near my office. It's got 135,000 miles. I'm not sure if it's a turbo or not. The guy's asking about $8500 What should I be checking for? What major repairs should I make sure have been done? -Timing Belt? -Clutch? -Other Transmission work? Should I be concerned about that kind of mileage on the engine? I'm looking for an everyday car, good for about 20k miles per year. Are used engines easy to come by, and what should I budget for used engine purchase and installation?
