Does the special low-interest rate require a specific minimum down payment on a 3-year lease 9-3SE? If so, how much? My local dealer says it requires $2995 (of which $1000 is my SAAB loyalty rebate and $1995 comes from SAAB. I'd prefer to use the $1K for local taxes.) Kal
