Ok first of all, ask him how he cared for the turbo, if they didn't, walk away. Cause a new turbo is gonna cost you $1500 new, $1000 rebuilt. Ask if there was anything replaced, especially the trans because they are known to be a problem on Turbo's. So if the car won't stay in gear, or reverse, then your looking at $2500 for a new trans, $1700 for a rebuilt/used trans. If the clutch feels soft or spongy, then your gonna be replacing the clutch shortly, it should be very firm when you press it. The sunroof is gonna be a very expensive fix, about $500. And if the sunroof is going, the windows may be too, if its an electrical problem. There is no way to "despeckle" a hood, only having it repainted. Spend $25 and havea good mechanic who is excellent with saabs and european cars take a look at it. They may see some problem that you won't. and NUMBER ONE PRIORITY, if this person doesn't have any papers for work done on the car and oil changes, then DO NOT buy it, or you will be buying a money pit. Good luck
