Probably a problem with the wires going to the wheel-speed sensors in the rear. Greater weight makes the rear sit lower, bends the wires a little more, and the connection opens up. Usual troubleshooting procedure is to put the car on a lift, and have one person monitor the output of each sensor while another spins the wheels and wiggles the wires around. When you observe the signal cutting out, you replace the sensor in question.
