I agree that if you want to spend more time trying to totally get out of the ticket that you and don't mind the hassle you can challenging the calibration of the radar unit. They have to keep records of when it was calibrated and so on so you might get lucky that way. If you don't mind paying the fine and want to get of having points assessed I'll make another suggestion based on past experience. I got a speeding ticket in VA when I lived in Maryland. On the ticket you were given 2 choices - Guilty or Not Guilty. I added a 3rd choice - No Contest and sent them a check. They accepted the check and never charged points against my license (VA has reciprocity agreement w/ MD). If you go to court, which it sounds like you're going to do - then try to plead no contest (Nolo Contendre). Good luck.
