In article <378F491E.D2BBE148nopsamth.com>, ericnopsamth.com says... > this easy to defeat. All SAAB's have the DRL on a separat fuse. Aha. I hadn't investigated the fuse box (another of my very few complaints about the car - the practically full fuse box out of the factory), but that's good. A gentleman emailed me after my original post and told me that Saab can easily reprogram the switch to function normally, which may also eliminate the low level light from the headlamps when in parking mode. The reason I would like them to be completely off in parking mode is because I am considering replacing my headlamp assembly with a clearlens w/ Xenon bulb kit, and considering how hot I heard they can get, I'd like to have them off during the day while still having some lights on (fogs/parking). Thanks for the help.
