Subject: Understanding Turbo/APC



I have recently got a 16v 900 Turbo. This is my first Turbo charged car and
I'm not show if its working properly or not. The car has a high mileage 150K
. I can't seem to get the turbo boost more than about half way on the gauge
and if I put my foot down the boost goes down. I know the APC protects the
turbo. Is this normal .

The 8v turbo I drove felt quicker and the boost would flick across to just
below the red.


Any ideas
