fairly normal I would guess.
if it was the other way around he would probably be screaming 'I'll sue
you'.
I wouldn't deal with anyone who acted like that, wouldn't be worth the risk.
imagine if you bought the car and there was a problem ...
do you think he would want to know ?
car salesman are the same everywhere in the world, some bad, some good.
but
the only good one I can remember was at Bruce Lynton Landrover on the gold
coast, Australia.
he was honest, courteous, helpful, rang back when he said he would etc etc.
but his price was on another planet.
