This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_0067_01BEDF57.6544A960 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable HI I placed a post on this newsgroup a couple of weeks ago, with regard to = SAAB Merchandise (pens, Shirts etc). Someone very kindly replied, suggesting I contact Kentish SAAB, as they = have goods advertised on their web page. I did so. However, after a few days, there was no reply from my E-mail. So, I sent = another request. Once again - no reply. After two weeks, I began to get frustrated, and send an e-mail asking = simply for a reply. The reply eventually came, and Richard from Kentish SAAB told me: We are not a mail order firm. =20 Try your local dealer. =20 Richard Which I thought was rather abrupt, considering I had asked politely on = numerous occassions, and received no reply. If this was the case (that = they did not do mail order), then why advertise goods on your web page?? = Also, why not simply reply to me, explaining this in the 1st place, = rather than ignoring me?? I don't know what the general consensus is, but I have had many problems = with many SAAB dealers, and 'so called' SAAB specialists, and their = attitudes are less than freindly. Has anyone had any experiences like this?? Can anyone suggest somewhere helpful that I can get SAAB Merchandise = from?? You may wanto to have a look at: = http://www.kentishsaab.co.uk/giftshop.htm although its pointless really, = as they do not sell anything mail-order!!!!!! What is the point?? Comments appreciated Thanks Paul '92 9000 Carlsson '89 9000 Carlsson (For sale) ------=_NextPart_000_0067_01BEDF57.6544A960 Content-Type: text/html; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN"> <HTML><HEAD> <META content=3D"text/html; charset=3Diso-8859-1" = http-equiv=3DContent-Type> <META content=3D"MSHTML 5.00.2014.210" name=3DGENERATOR> <STYLE></STYLE> </HEAD> <BODY> <DIV><FONT size=3D2>HI</FONT></DIV> <DIV><FONT size=3D2>I placed a post on this newsgroup a couple of weeks = ago, with=20 regard to SAAB Merchandise (pens, Shirts etc).</FONT></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV><FONT size=3D2>Someone very kindly replied, suggesting I contact = Kentish=20 SAAB, as they have goods advertised on their web page.
