My 9-5 sedan has the same glitches. The ACC should be replaced -- problem solved. The steering is -- they tell me -- 1. not a problem, and 2. not fixable. While mine was in the shop I had a brand new 9-3 convertible as a loaner. I live c. 35 mi.. from the shop so got to drive it a bit (they were quite friendly about this) -- it pulled MUCH harder to the right than my sedan. IMHO, the BMW is the best driving care, but I didn't care for the excessive maintenance and am VERY happy with our 9-5. -- Kirby Krieger [E-mail wrong.
