I agree on the power issue - at city speeds the AC drains the life out of the engine at low revs. I simply resist the use and open the sunroof and windows until I hit the highway. Gavin, one note of precaution: I just replaced the two idler pulleys since the top (grooved) decided to size and fall off on a recent (2 says ago) highway cruise. The noise it was making resembled a whine. A minor investment of $162 (belt+pulleys) fixed the problem. Does anyone know if the pulleys are a weak point? My car has only 107K km, which seems low for such a critical component to break.
