Subject: Re: 9000 interior vent grille removal

>Please help!! >Can someone tell me how I might remove the center console ventilation >grilles? >Does it mean I'll need to remove the dash too? This si what you do: remove the screws that hold the speaker-covers, remove both speaker cover, remove the screws that hold the top dash pad in place (one below each speaker cover, next to the windshield, and one that is covered by a little plastic button on the glovebox; might be one or two more I do not remember) and you should be able to lift the top dash pad through the front and snap it out. All ventilation paraphernalia is accessible to you then, and you can do as you wish. The whole process took me less than ten minutes. Good luck.
