One thing that you may want to note is that you'll probably have to buy stuff larger than 19mm individually. Not many of the pre-packaged sets have much over that size. That said, you can probably outfit a socket rail (1/2 inch drive) from 19mmup to 36mm for about $100 US. You may even want to just buy the stuff up to about 30 or 32mm and stop until you actually need something larger. Regular wrenches for these sizes tend to be more expensive than just the sockets. Unless you make a regular habit of tearing down your engine or rebuilding half-shafts you probably won't use the stuff over 21mm but once every couple years. If you really are a 'casual' wrench turner, the packaged set is probably more than sufficient.
