There is absolutely no excuse for a car pulling to one side, unless it is following the grade in the road. You have one of several problems: alignment is off. Be SURE they check the 4-wheel alignment, not just the front. Get the printout from the machine yourself and check that it is within factory spec and that the sides are relatively equally set if they are at the margins of factory spec. There are differences in alignment machinery-- try to find a saab/audi dealer as due to their 4 wheel drive those dealers genearlly have particularly good equipment. you have a radial pull in a tire. Move the left tire ro the right side. See if it makes a difference. Try putting the front tires in the back. Believe it or not, I had BOTh problems in my 96 car. My 9-5 drives straight, and is not particularly prone to follow the grade. --Blair
