Subject: Help-87 turbo 9000 heater core replacement

I have looked for FAQ's to this news group, but have been uable to find any... so here is my question. I have been trying to replace the heater core in my 87 Saab turbo 9000. I have the dash completely out, to the point that the heater core housing is easy to get to, wiring harness and everything else is out of the way but, I can't seem to figure out how to get at it. I have taken the retaining clips off of the housing, but am unable to separate it. It appears that there are two bolts on the top of the black housing (from inside the vehicle) that still hold it in. I have removed the nuts, but the washers appear to be part of a screw or bolt that uses an allen wrench to remove it with. So far I have not had any luck finding the proper size, at first I thought it was a Torx screw, but it is larger than a T-10 and smaller than a T-15. Can anyone give me a little guidance here? Thanks in advance to anything that might help me get the heater core replaced in the Saab!
