I don't really know a place where you can draw wires, but the power of the amp normally has to be always connected to the batterie and another wire (the remote wire) is supposed to go to your radio to get the amp on or off (that may depend of what kind of amp you are using). the amp will need a lot of current, so connecting it after the ignition switch would result in connecting it after a fuse, and there is good chances that the fuse will blow... if you absolutely want to connect it after the ignition switch, take a relay to do the job, your fuse won't blow don't hesitate to reply if you need more precise help :-) Andre Brousseau 88 900 8-valve Matthew Faulks wrote: > I have a 1988 Saab 900i, and am looking to install an amp for my Subwoofer. > I want to draw power from somewhere in the boot so I don't have to run any > wires.
