When was the announcement made that GM finally exercised the option to buy the remaining 50% of Saab Automobile from Investor AB? I must have missed it, and there sure are a lot of people saying "now that GM owns Saab"... I know that in August, GM effectively had 6 months to get their offer in, and they were seriously considering it, so if someone could point me to the press release, I'd be interested in reading about it.
