I'm a new owner of a 95 900cs Convertible Turbo and LOVE it. I have to admit I was a BMW fanatic everything was BMW I had a 94 325 and thought it was the best thing since sliced bread. On June 16th I was hit from the side by a 82 Dodge van and the Bimmer was totaled. At that point I needed a new car. In south Louisiana convertibles are the thing. So I went to my local lot and ran across a 95 325 Convetible with 45.000 miles for $29.000 right next to it was a georgous Silver 95 900 Turbo Converitble with 48,000 miles and a sticker of $19,000. I knew I loved the BMW untill I drove the SAAB. BMW's are great but I am now a true SAAB maniac!! Part of the reason I liked the SAAB more than the overpriced BMW is that you don't see many if any SAAB's on the road. They aren't nearly as pretentious as a BMW. What I mean by that when the normal person sees a 27 male driving a BMW there are assuptions made of him. A SAAB doesn't have those problems. I will tell you this EVERY time I get gas, someone says these famous two words, "NICE CAR" some times I get "NICE CAR , WHAT IS IT??" I get thumbs up driving down the interstate and always the pretty girl next to me mouths the words "I love your car". This may sound like an ego thing but its not I didn't buy the BMW beacuse of the negativity it brings as a rich persons car, the SAAB is just a great buitiful car.
