When I was looking for a Saab in the Uk I came across innumerable vehicles
with 'no car tax, no MOT' (Ministry of Transport required annual vehicle
test). You just have to ask yourself, if the owner didn't drive the thing
then WHY?? Even on a level of pure user friendliness, who would sell a
vehicle you can't even legally drive away? You go to see the thing, hand
over the cash, then you can't even legally drive the vehicle yourself.
Pathetic.
