Dennis, Ken, your B-12 Buddy is here. I have not used B-12 Chemtool to clean my engine. As you know I have been using Militec-1 since I got my 87 9000S. The solvency of Militec-1 has pretty well cleaned my engine out. I have 176,250 miles now, and I would not have any problem using the B-12. My engine is tight, has no leaks and uses no oil. I hope you checked the hoses I mentioned earlier. I put clamps on the 1/2" hose from the plastic valve in the valve cover to the throttle body and clamps on the hose from the throttle body to the AIC. It made a major difference in the way my 9000 runs and the throttle body does not get as dirty as fast as it did. I use Castrol GTX 10W40 in my 9000.
