I Own the same 99 '83 5 speed GL as you do and after wel over 200k miles the engine is losing it's power. I won't trade it in for a 900 unless te,porarily. When the engine is gone I'll rebeuild the car from ste 1 and I either build in a regular 8v turbo or a 16 valve to get better milage. Gas and LPG are very expensive here. I admit the 900 drives more comfatable than the 99 but i just love the 99 exterior.
