Skip, Yes, I'm the "Scuba Saab" guy, but the puddle really wasn't that big. Driving a Jeep on the beach is rather different than driving a car on a public road during a rain storm. I'm sorry, but if I spend alot of money on a vehicle, and it can't handle what I view as a fairly typical driving condition, I HOLD THE MANUFACTURER RESPONSIBLE !!! I take care of my vehicles - Mercedes 300E and my Slaab -- always do all routine maintainance and keep them in pristine condition. Furthermore, I've owned several large successful businesses over time, and cannot come up with ONE circumstance when it's been appropriate for me to be ARROGANT to a customer. I've NEVER received this kind of treatment from a Mercedes, Lexus, or Audi dealer. Especially now with GM buying up Saab completely, you'll be driving a glorified Grand Am in a few years ....
