In past years, Saab has had substantial dealer incentives that are essentially rebates (when the dealer passes them on to the buyer). Recently, Saab has started providing cars to rental car agencies (Avis, like GM) which floods the market with cheap low mileage recent year cars. BMW, smartly, does no such thing. --Blair
