Subject: Help! Scratch on my Saab

I've got a scratch on my new 9-3 SE Hot. It's on the drivers side, rear door. I think it got hit by a rock or some debris while driving because it doesn't look as if it's from another person's car or a scratch from a key or something like that. It's deep enough to be noticeable, but didn't get through the paint. My question is this: What can I do to fix this? should I consider using touch-up paint? Should I see if It can be waxed and buffed to hide it? thanks, Alan...
