I am just one person (although every Saab owner I've met in person has told me the same horror stories), I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who haven't been to the dealer except for scheduled service. I'm guessing I just got stuck with a lemon (it was a Monday car :-). It's really a great car, if it wasn't, I would have gotten rid of it a long time ago. The good news is that all those things that have been replaced under warranty are warrantied for life. Pretty cool that 40% of my car will be warranteed for life ;-) If there was a dealer that was more convenient for me (or courteous to me), I'd be a loyal Saab guy.
