I have a 1995 9000 CSE 3.0 V6 auto. I find that even a moderate foot can mean a big drop in fuel economy. I average 20-22 around town and 30-35 on longer journeys. If you have an auto, set it to selector position 3 for around town, this way the transmission is not always shifting between 4 and 3 as the traffic changes density. Ciaran.
