I don't know where you are located so I can't refer you to a mechanic, but if you're handy it _can_ be a DIY project, bearing in mind that the engine must be jacked up slightly while the car is on jackstands in order to access the mounts. There's a complete description of what's involved in changing the mounts, as well as an excellent argument for changing to non-hydraulic mounts, on the Toensend Imports site (http://www.townsendimports.com/), but their server has been down for a while now since they switched hosts. An email to Ywan Mason of Townsend at ymasonnopsamsouth.net will probably get you all of the info you would need. Having it done by a mechanic appears to range from the $300.00 I recently paid to have this done on my son's '87 9K Turbo with non-factory, non-hydraulic mounts (thanks Ywan!), to someone else stating that it cost them $1K for a full set of the factory hydraulic units! Regards, James the Elder
