If channel locks don't do it, -- try a large clamp the will fit over the face of the piston {perhaps a flat piece of metal underneath} and gently push it in. Also remove the cap from your brake fluid. But I would strongly suggest replacing both front brake lines {it's an OLD car} and make sure to use Girling or Castrol brake fluid only. Otherwise your rear brake seals will turn to snot and leak. pb
